Return Policy

 

Buyers are not responsible for return shipping cost. If the item is not returned in it's original condition
due to
improper negligence, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 

Returns are issued to your original payment method. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards
or different forms of payment.
If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted
and the items will be returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any
signs of alteration, use, or damage. 

 

Damages must be reported within ten days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned.

If you are not completely satisfied with your Cavinchi  purchase, you are welcome to return item within
ten business days from the date you place your order, as long as you have not water damaged it, used
or altered it. 

 

Damaged packages

On damaged packages please check the integrity of the package before signing the delivery. Refuse the package
if it has clear signs of have been opened and resealed. Note, the only authority allowed to open the package during
the transit is local customs. All packages opened by local customs will be sealed with the corresponding stamp of the company. If your items arrive damaged, please contact us. We'll work with you to come up with a solution on a case
by case basis.

How To Complete your Return

Place the item(s) back in its original packaging with all tags. Include a copy of your Return slip within the package, and highlight the item(s) being returned. Cavinchi will not be responsible for incorrect mailing sent back. The buyer will be responsible for any shipping charges due to incorrect shipping. Once the correct items has e shipped or returned, we will refund the full amount including the return shipping fee. We suggest that you send your items back using UPS, FedEx along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us.

 

Exchanging

Unfortunately It is not possible to exchange jewelry for a different size or color of the same style. Cavinchi only creates on of a kind pieces not duplicates. Only excluding sunglasses if in stock. If you are not completely satisfied with your Cavinchi purchase, you are more than welcome to return the item within ten business days from the date you place your order, as long as you have not water damaged it, used or altered it. 

Processing Returns

If your package arrives at Cavinchi Return Department within the ten business days of the timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within three to four business days from the date we receive the item(s). Once we receive your item(s), they will be processed, and you will be issued a refund on how you paid. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless items are returned. You will be notified by email to the address listed on your account when this transaction took place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account. Please review the return and refund policy and make sure that the item(s) are eligible before returning. Fill out our Return Policy Form and include the form inside of your package and ship to: 1723 Spring chase circle, stone mountain, Georgia 30083.
