Shipping Policy

We process orders multiple times throughout the day (Monday through Friday), excluding holiday, unless there is a problem with your order (shipping address, out of stock item, etc.). Orders with Standard Shipping typically take between 3-10 business days to be processed and shipped. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped. 

 

Placed Orders

Successfully placed orders receives an invoice with your order details. If you do not receive this item, please check your SPAM folder
or contact us for confirmation. If you need to modify your order, please contact us immediately within 2 business days via e-mail due to fast shipping. We will not be able to make changes to your order after your order has shipped. Orders cannot be canceled once they are on route.
Shipping business days do not include weekends or holidays. Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior
to shipping any order. Please note that credit card authorizations can take  up to 24 hours for approval. We do not offer saturdays, sundays
or holidays for delivery orders. You will be notified by email regarding back ordered items and expected delays. Cavinchi will contact you 
with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for
credit verification.

 

Standard Shipping Orders

Standard Shipping orders are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in (3) to ten (10) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the Continental United States. All orders are shipped within 3-10 business days. A signature may be required for the delivery of the package. For most countries, in case of no authorized recipient available, the local post company will leave a notice. You may arrange a re-delivery or may pick up the item at the Post Office indicated on the notice. If this item is unclaimed after 15 days then it will be returned to the sender.

International

Do to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) we will not shipping any packages internationally at this time.
